Becoming Self

Maren Gauldin

Maren Gauldin is a transformational coach, consultant, and Enneagram guide with more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, teams, and purpose‑driven organizations.  Her work lives at the intersection of inner transformation and outer leadership – where personal awareness meets the building of systems, relationships, and lives aligned with core values.  Across her career she has helped people and organizations come alive, move through change with integrity, and create from a place of clarity, courage, and deep alignment.  She cultivates spaces where truth is spoken, potential is remembered, and wholeness becomes a lived possibility.

Research & Theoretical Work

Maren’s professional foundation is rooted in organizational development, human development, and consciousness studies.  Her graduate work in Organizational Leadership explored how systems evolve and how inner architecture – beliefs, values, habits, and longings – shapes collective behavior.  Over two decades she has studied and practiced frameworks in leadership theory, somatic intelligence, the Enneagram, transformational education, and systemic change.  These influences inform a steadily evolving body of work that understands transformation as both deeply personal and inherently systemic.  Through her practice, Seeds to Wholeness, she integrates these traditions into a coherent approach that honors the innate wisdom within people and organizations and supports the unfolding of their next developmental threshold.

Approach and Practice

At the core of Maren’s approach is a simple truth: transformation begins with awareness.  She helps people and systems see clearly what is asking for change and take aligned, courageous action.  Her method blends deep inquiry with practical design, weaving together somatic presence, incisive questioning, narrative exploration, and strategic structure.  She draws from organizational development, consciousness studies, and embodied intelligence, but never applies a formula; each engagement unfolds uniquely through relationship and presence.  Clients describe her work as warm, attuned, and evocative – able to illuminate what lies beneath the surface while offering grounded tools that make transformation tangible.  Her sessions often move fluidly between intuition and strategy, insight and implementation, inner truth and outer action.

Personal Journey and Leadership

Maren’s life and leadership reflect the integration she invites in others.  She is both strategist and mystic – committed to what works and devoted to what is true.  Years spent in mission‑driven organizations taught her to balance clarity with compassion, accountability with empathy, and structure with soul.  Her commitment to justice and liberation shapes her belief that becoming is always collective and that love and freedom are inseparable.  She holds a deep trust that every person and every system carries the seeds of its own wholeness, waiting to unfold when tended with honesty, bravery, and care.  Her leadership is grounded in humility, presence, and a steady devotion to helping people and organizations remember who they are and become who they are meant to be.

Programs and Community

Maren offers coaching, consulting, team development, retreats, and organizational engagements that integrate inquiry, somatic awareness, leadership frameworks, and practical design.  She supports individuals navigating thresholds of growth, couples seeking alignment, and teams building cultures rooted in clarity and connection.  Her work includes Enneagram‑based development, organizational diagnostics, leadership coaching, and facilitation of transformational processes.  She brings a blend of rigorous training and intuitive insight, helping clients translate awareness into sustainable change.  Her teaching and facilitation emphasize presence, relational intelligence, and structures that support integration across personal, relational, and organizational domains.

Guides, Mentors and Lineage

Maren’s work is shaped by a wide lineage of teachers, traditions, and communities.  Her training includes organizational development, leadership theory, somatic intelligence, and consciousness studies.  She is a Certified Coach and Counselor through Interchange, an Integrative Enneagram Level 1 and Certified Teams Facilitator, and a facilitator of the Ecology of Leadership.  Her studies include the Conscious Leadership Group frameworks, The Work of Byron Katie, and multiple traditions of embodiment such as yoga, Authentic Movement, and expressive arts.  Ritual, council, and rites‑of‑passage work – including birth and death doula training, vision quest, and the Tamalpa Life/Art Process – have deeply informed her understanding of thresholds and transformation.  These teachers and traditions form the backbone of her work, each contributing to her commitment to awareness, integration, and the unfolding of innate wholeness.

Life and Commitment

Maren’s life reflects the values she brings to her work: presence, integrity, and devotion to collective liberation.  She is committed to creating spaces where people and systems can meet themselves honestly, reclaim their inner architecture, and build lives and organizations aligned with what matters most.  Her practice continues to evolve in dialogue with the individuals, couples, and communities she serves, honoring transformation as a relational, iterative, and deeply human process.  She lives in Longmont, CO with her two children.

Life Cycle Sequencing: Foundations

The Invitation
Every life has a rhythm, a hidden architecture that shapes the way we grow, change, and become. You’ve felt it before – the sense that certain moments arrive right on time, while others feel like they’re pulling you forward before you’re ready. Life Cycle Sequencing: Foundations is your key to understanding these patterns. It’s not just theory; it’s a living map of your own unfolding.

Why You’re Called Here
If you’ve ever wondered why certain challenges keep repeating, or why some seasons of life feel effortless while others feel like uphill climbs, this course will give you the clarity you’ve been craving. What You’ll Gain
By the end of this course, you’ll have a clear framework for recognizing where you are in your current cycle, what’s coming next, and how to prepare for it. You’ll be able to identify the signs of transition before they arrive, make decisions with greater confidence, and align your actions with the natural flow of your development.

What to Expect
Over several modules, you’ll explore the stages of the life cycle through engaging video lessons, live interactions, reflective exercises, and guided Life Cycle Sequencing activities. You’ll work with real examples from your own life, uncovering patterns you may never have noticed before. You’ll leave with a sense of grounded confidence, knowing that you have the tools to meet whatever comes next.

Timing & Commitment
This course runs four consecutive weeks with one live, two‑hour class each week.  Between sessions you’ll engage with focused coursework – short readings, reflective exercises, and practical experientials – designed to deepen learning and integrate discoveries into your life.  Expect an engaging, rigorous experience that asks for steady participation: plan on the two‑hour live class plus roughly 2 – 4 hours per week of preparatory and integration work.  Live sessions are interactive and practice‑focused; recordings and resources are provided for catch‑up, but full benefit comes from attending and participating in real time.
